SUMMER VACATION

Rather than attend conferences, I'm taking a break from writing to spend time with family. First is a family get-together in August on Hood Canel outside Seattle. Three of my brothers will be there and lots of nieces and nephews. Then, time permiting, I plan to got to New York to visit my sons and daughter's family. Okay, I confess, my grandson is a big draw--I have to make sure he doesn't forget me! I'd like to spend some quality time with Lisa and Liam before she goes back to work in September and he starts day care.

There's also a high school reunion in Seattle in September but I'm still undecided about attending...for lots of reasons...
